The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckb88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ckb88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ckb88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the same period.
ckb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.
Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, ckb88 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to have been obtained in breach of these Terms (including through bonus abuse or fraudulent activity), it will be forfeited. Where no breach is found, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting ckb88 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws as applied by the international gaming authority under whose licence ckb88 operates. In the event of any dispute between a player and ckb88 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through ckb88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body or an independent alternative dispute resolution provider as designated by the applicable licensing authority.
ckb88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform. Continued use of the ckb88 platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
